Privacy policy
Draft. This page is a working draft and has not yet had a legal review.
Last updated: October 5, 2026.
This explains, in plain words, what Dynamiq (BrainiQ, ActionQ and MeetingiQ) stores about you and who else sees it.
What we store
- Your account email, and the sign-in details needed to keep you logged in.
- Your brain files: the notes, projects and meeting records you put in Dynamiq. They are kept on our server in plain text so the AI can read them and answer your questions. They are not end-to-end encrypted: they are protected in transit and by access controls, but we and our hosting provider can technically read them. Do not store anything in Dynamiq you would not be comfortable with that.
- Basic usage and error logs, so we can fix bugs and keep the service running.
- Plan and billing status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
Services that process your data
- Anthropic runs the AI. When you ask a question or use the Right Hand, the relevant parts of your files and your messages are sent to Anthropic to produce an answer.
- ElevenLabs processes your voice: speech you speak to Dynamiq, and the voice replies you hear.
- Our hosting and database providers store and serve your data on our behalf.
Gmail, Google Drive and Slack
These are off until you connect them. If you connect one, Dynamiq reads only what it needs from that account to do what you asked, and you can disconnect it at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops further access.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show ads.
Deleting your data
You can delete your data when you ask. Where the app offers it, use the delete option in Settings. Otherwise email mat.longinow@gmail.com from your account address and we will delete your account and brain files. Backups and logs age out on a rolling basis after that.
